According to several confirmed reprots, DJ AM was released from Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Ga., where he was being treated for serious burn injuries from a fatal plane crash on Sept 19th.
In a statement his rep Jenni Weinman said:
"While he is deeply saddened by the events, he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends worldwide. We ask that you continue to respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends."
Barker is expected to leave the hospital in about two weeks, says his friend Jermaine Dupri, who visited the former Blink 182 drummer in the hospital last Sunday.
